Terms & Policies

Here is our refund/cancellation policy, which is listed at the bottom of the signup form:

• We are unable to refund for last-minute absences or school closures (snow days, illness, etc)

• We will refund a child's absence (when the school is open) given at least 14 days' notice

• We require at least 2 weeks (14 days) of notice to cancel a meal plan

Our kitchen team does all their ordering and meal planning in advance, so we thank you for notifying us of any meal cancellations ahead of time & preventing food waste.
